IMPORTANT: FLASH EPROM with Boot Block Lockout feature.Once Locked the Boot Block (0000h-1FFFh) cannot be unlocked erased or reprogrammed.The entire chip must be erased and reprogrammed to change the contents of the unlocked boot block.Only the Main Memory Block (2000h-7FFFh) can be erased independently. So if you try to erase the boot block the entire device will be erased.
