IMPORTANT: 1-megabit (64K x 16) Flash Memory. Please set Default buffer value’ to FFh before loading the programming data file. The boot block is located at address range 0000h-1FFFh. Enabling ‘Boot Block Programming Lockout’ under Device/Configure is a PERMANENT operation. This feature protects the data in the boot block from being erased and programmed in applications. If ‘Boot Block Programming Lockout’ feature is not enabled boot block can be programmed and erased like main memory only ifthe entire device range is selected by setting ‘Entire File’ under Device Config/Range. ‘
