IMPORTANT: In the device Boot Block is located at [0000h-1FFFh] ([0000h-3FFFh] in the buffer).The Main Memory Block is located at [2000h-1FFFFh] ([4000h-3FFFFh] in the buffer).The Main Memory Block can be erased and programmed by itself. However in order toerase and program the Boot Block the entire device has to be erased and programmed.Boot Block Lockout is a one time operation.If enabled Boot Block must be excluded from ERASE and PROGRAM operations.
