IMPORTANT: Bottom-Boot Stacked Flash/PSRAM with 128-bit Protection Register.The 128 bit Register is mapped at memory locations [100000h-100007h](Buffer locations [200000h-20000Fh]). The first 64 bits(Block A) ofProtection Register are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and are excludedfrom Program/Verify/Compare operations. The next 64 bits(Block B) can be programmedby the user. The user programmable bits are mapped at memory locations[100004h-100007h] (Buffer locations [200008h-20000Fh]). Locking the block Bportion of the Protection Register is a one time only operationand can be set under Device Configure. If you try to erase the userprogrammable segment of the Protection Register but it’s non-blank or lockeddevice will fail erase.
