Note
IMPORTANT: Bottom-Boot Stacked Flash/SRAM with 128 bit Protection Register. The 128 bit Register is mappedfrom memory locations 400000-400007 (buffer locations: 800000h-80000Fh). The first 64 bits(Block A)are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and are excluded from read program and verify operations. The next 64 bits(Block B) can be programmed by the user. The user programmable bits are mappedfrom memory locations 400004-400007 (buffer locations: 800008h-80000Fh).Locking the block B portion of the Protection Register is a one time operationand can be set under Device/Configure. If you try to erase the user programmable segmentof the Protection Register but it’s non-blank or locked device will fail erase.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
