IMPORTANT: Top-Boot Stacked Flash/SRAM with 128 bit Protection Registers. The 128 bit Register is mappedto buffer locations: 200000h-20000Fh. The first 64 bits(Block A)are pre-programmed by the manufacturer and are excluded from program verify and compare operations.The next 64 bits(Block B) can be programmed by the user. The user programmable bits are mappedto buffer locations: 200008h-20000Fh.Locking the Block B of the Protection Register is a one time only operation. If the Block B is programmed or locked chip erase will fail. Please refer to device specifications for more information.
