IMPORTANT: 128 Kbit CryptoMemory(R).This device has a 128-Kbit EEPROM User Memory and a 2-Kbit configuration zone.The User Memory is divided into 16 zones of 1-Kbytes each.The User Memory Zones are mapped from 0-3FFFh in the Buffer.The Configuration Zone is mapped from 4000-40FFh in the Buffer. Reserved locations in the ConfigurationZone will not be programmed. To program the Configuration Zone please select one of the Secure optionsavailable with this algorithm.(1) CZ : This option will program only the Configuration Zone.(2) CZ&FAB : This option will program the Configuration Zone and will blow the FAB fuse.(3) CZ&FAB&CMA : This option will program the Configuration Zone and will blow the FAB and CMA fuses.(4) CZ&FAB&CMA&PER : This option will program the Configuration Zone and will blow the FAB and CMA and PER fuses.Once the device is initialized by setting security features in the Configuration Zonethe programmer will not be able to perform any other operation on the device.If Serialization is desired and the serial number is to be programmed into the Configuration Zonethen one of the Secure options must be selected.Answer to reset and FAB codes will always be programmed to buffer values.
