Note

IMPORTANT: Code Revision 1.1 updated PLCC52 pin out to match Rev C programming specification from Atmel.Microcontroller with Flash. In the Buffer 64KB User Memory is mapped into 0000h-FFFFh2KB Data Memory (EEPROM) is mapped into 10000h-107FFh and2KB Boot Memory is mapped into 10800h-10FFFh.The Data Memory and Boot Memory are treated as a single block. Each block can be ERASED/PROGRAMMED separately by setting Ranges under Device Options. The following range setting corresponds to each block: 00000h-0FFFFh (Flash Memory)10000h-10FFFh (Data Memory and Boot Memory)Part can be secured by programming Lock bits 0 through 2 of HSB using Secure command.Bit 0 (LB0): Parallel programming is disabled.Bit 1 (LB1): Parallel program/verify are disabled.Bit 2 (LB2): Parallel program/verify/external execution are disabled.Bits 3 4 5 of HSB are reserved bits. Bits 6 7 of HSB are set under Device Configure (X2 & BLJ).Device Configure has the XAF parameters necessary when programming a CAN bootloader into Boot memory area.Check electronic identifiers (ID)’ must be ENABLED under Device/Options.Certain combinations of Configure options and Boot memory may not allow the device to runcorrectly for a stand alone verify. ‘

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
