Special Device Considerations:

You must set ‘SECURE AFTER PROGRAMMING’ option under DEVICE/OPTIONS to be able to use the secure command. Mode 2 secures Flash memory from further erase. Mode 3 secures Flas memory from further erase and also protects it from further verify operations. Mode 4 is Mode 3 along with external execution lock.
