IMPORTANT: ***Please note that the are two types of QFP socket module available for this device. The first typeis for regular QFP package and has Toe-Toe(mm)as 13.2×13.2. While the second type is for TQFP packageand has Toe-Toe(mm) as 12×12***Microcontroller with 8k bytes of flash PEROM code memory and 2k bytes of EEPROM data memory.The following describes the buffer setup: 0000H to 1FFFH for the Code array and 2000H to 27FFHfor the Data array. You must select the appropriate security mode under DEVICE/OPTIONS to operatethe secure command. Three lock bits are available in this chip: LB1 LB2 and LB3. Mode2′ programsLB1 ‘Mode3’ programs LB1 and LB2 and ‘Mode4’ programs all lock bits.There is also a SPF (Serial Programming Fuse) option available under DEVICE/Configure.Please refer to Atmel specification for more information. ‘
