Note
IMPORTANT: Buffer address range 0000h-1FFFh is FLASH Program Memory and 2000h-21FFh is EEPROM Data Memory. There are four Calibration Bytes residing in the signature row high byte ofaddresses 0000h 0001h 0002h and 0003h. They are for 1 2 4 and 8 MHz internal RC Oscillator calibrationrespectively. To program one of these four calibration bytes:1)Set Device/Configure/CALIBRATION to ENABLE2)Set Device/Configure/CAL BYTE ADDRESS to one of the four Calibration Byte addresses (00h-03h).3)Set Device/Configure/MEMORY ADDRESS to the memory address you want to program the Calibration Byte (from 0000h to 21FFh).New devices may automatically calibrate the RC Oscillator. Please set the CALIBRATION option to DISABLE(default) to use automatic calibration.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
