IMPORTANT: ATSAM4S ARM Thumb-based Microcontroller with 2*1024 Kbytes Flash Memory.Flash Bank 0 (Device address 400000h-4FFFFFh) is mapped to Data Pattern: 000000h-0FFFFFhFlash Bank 1 (Device address 500000h-5FFFFFh) is mapped to Data Pattern: 100000h-1FFFFFhGP NVM Bit 0 and the SSE Command secure command can be programmed by setting the appropriate Device > Secure settings.Once Secured only an erase operation can unsecure the part.GP NVM Bit 1 and GP NVM Bit 2 can be set in Device > Configure. Once GP NVM Bit 2 is set Flash Bank 1 will be mapped to location 400000h.Please refer to the datasheet for more detail.Lock bits are currently not supported. ‘
