Note

IMPORTANT:

Device Type: ARM-based 32-bit MCU with Flash.
Device Size: 128K-Byte Flash
Algorithm Programming Method: SWD protocol.

Memory Organization:

Memory Type

Attributes(*)

Included in default Range (Y/N) DUT Physical Byte Address(hex)(if this area is selected/Activated) BPWin Buffer Byte Address(hex)
Embedded Flash Memory R/W/E Yes 0000_0000 – 0001_FFFF 0000_0000 – 0001_FFFF
Default Algorithm Range R/W/E Yes 0000_0000 – 0001_FFFF 0000_0000 – 0001_FFFF

* R:Read only W: One time programmable (OTP) R/W: readable and one time programmable (OTP) R/W/E: readable and rewritable if not locked. Any configurations listed under Device-Specific’ in the menu item Device-> Settings will be written to the DUT during ‘Program’ operation regardless of memory range selection.

Special Device Considerations: The Erase operation performs a Chip Erase which will erase the entire flash contents. Lock Bits & Secure Bit (SSB) are supported in this algorithm. Setting a lock bit to 0 will prevent any programming to the corresponding region without first erasing the device. Enable Secure to set the security bit but ID must be disabled afterwards to execute Erase operation.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
