IMPORTANT: ARM-based 32-bit MCU with Flash. Default Device Range: 400000h-43FFFFh. The 256-KByte Flash Memory is located at device address 400000h-43FFFFh. The entire device can be protected using the Secure’ operation which sets the Security Bit. Read/Compare/Verify operations will fail if the device is Secured. The Erase operation performs a Full Flash Erase which will erase all flash memory and Security. Device must be erased before being programmed. User Signature Area Lock Bits and NVM Register are currently not supported. ‘
