If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: This device has 2 Fuse Bytes that can be set under Device Configure. Please see the device specification on the details of setting these bytes. In the Data Pattern the first 400h bytes are for Flash Memory and the rest 40h bytesare for EEPROM. Erase will erase both Flash and EEPROM. To program Flash or EEPROMread the device first then load data into the Data Pattern for the section need to programand leave the other section untouched. In Device Configure if CALIBRATION isset to ENABLE the Calibration Byte can be programmed into any address [000h-43Fh] in theFlash memory or EEPROM. The address is set in Calibration Store Address option.Calibration Byte Address option should be set to address 0h or 1h in the signature row high byte.New devices may automatically calibrate the RC Oscillator. Please set the CALIBRATION option to DISABLE(default) to use automatic calibration.Compare operation will only verify data read from the deviceagainst data in the Data Pattern regardless of the Calibration settings under Device Configure.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
