Note
IMPORTANT: Buffer address range [000h-7FFh] is FLASH Program Memory and [800h-87Fh] is EEPROM Data Memory.CAL BYTE ADDRESS option is to select one of the addresses [0h-01h] in the signature row high bytefor 8 and 4 MHz internal RC Oscillator Calibration.Address 00h is for 8MHz and address 01h is for 4MHz.To program these calibration bytes under Device Configure1)Set CALIBRATION to ENABLE2)Set CAL BYTE ADDRESS to one of the 2 Calibration Byte addresses [00h-01h].3)Set CALIBRATION ADDRESS to the memory address within [000h-87Fh] you want to program the Calibration Byte.New devices may automatically calibrate the RC Oscillator. Please set the CALIBRATION option to DISABLE(default) to use automatic calibration.Due to parallel programming mode specifications device will only be verified at 4.5V and 5.5V.Compare operation will only verify data read from the device against data in the buffer.Calibration byte will be ignored regardless of the Calibration settings in Device Configure.Erasing the device clears all lockbits. In this algorithm Chip Erase is forced beforeany operation for a device with any lockbits programmed.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
