If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: Serialization is not supported. The data pattern is organized in below order: 1) User Flash 128KB: [0x0000-0x1FFFF]. 2) User Check sum 2bytes: [0x90300000-0x90300001]. This feature is for read only. 3) Flash protection 128 Bytes: [0x90400000-0x9040007F]. 4) Device Silicon ID: [0x90500000-0x9050000B]. This feature is for read only for the addresses [0x905000020x90500003 and 0x90500005] 5) Chip Level Protection 1 byte: [0x90600000]: This feature is for read and verify only for the addresses [0x90600000] * There are four states of Chip Level Protection into which the silicon can be moved:[ VIRGIN(0x00) OPEN(0x01) PROTECTED(0x02) KILL(0x04)]. – VIRGIN(0x00) – This mode is not for custom use. Can not program this value to device. – OPEN(0x01) – In this mode can access all the needed resources including Erase program and verify flash. – PROTECTED(0x02) – In this mode access to Flash is disabled. Still allow to Erase and reprogram flash. – KILL(0x04) – The device can no longer be updated. 6) The address [0x90600001] is ignored. 7) This algorithm do not support Program User SFlash [0x0FFFF200 – 0x0FFFF3FF].
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
