IMPORTANT: RAMified Real Time Clock. This part contains 4K x 8 RAM that is programmed from the first 4K bytes of the buffer. The 14 byte clock registers and the extra 50 bytes of general purpose RAM are programmed from the last 64 bytes of the buffer (i.e. addresses 1000H – 103FH)
