IMPORTANT: If using the TO-92 package on the DIP socket module attach the NC pin to pin 3of the module and GND to pin 1. The following describes the memory map: Address range [0-7FFh] is the data memory.Address range [800h-807h] contains write protect bits of the data memory (a total of 64 bits for 64 pages. Bit zero of byte 800h protects page zero. Etc.).Address range [820h-827h] contains write protect bits of the redirection bytes (a total of 64 bits for 64 bytes).Address range [840h-847h] is the bit map of used pages. Address range [900h-93Fh] contains the redirection bytes. Make sure that the redirection bytes contain the one’s complementof the new page addresses. Please refer to the user specification for more information.
