IMPORTANT: 1-Wire Electrically Programmable Read Only Memory (EPROM).If using the PR-35 package on the DIP socket module attachthe Ground pin to pin 1 the Data pin to pin 2 and the NC pin to pin 3 ofthe DIP socket module.The following describes the memory map:Address range [0000h-1FFFh] is the Data Memory (EPROM);Address range [2000h-201Fh] contains Write Protect Page bits of the data memory;Address range [2020h-203Fh] contains Write Protect bits of the Page Address Redirection Bytes;Address range [2040h-205Fh] is the Bit Map of Used Pages;Address range [2060h-20FFh] is reserved for future extensions (should be set to 00h);Address range [2100h-21FFh] contains the Redirection Bytes;Address range [2200h-2207h] contains the 64-Bit Lasered ROM (read only).Please refer to the user specification for more information.
