Note
IMPORTANT: 256M-bit Flash Memory with an additional 128-word Secured Silicon Sector (OTP). This sector is mapped from 1000000h to 1000007Fh (Data Pattern locations: 2000000h – 20000FFh). The first 8-word (Data Pattern locations: 2000000h – 200000Fh) is reserved for factory. This area needs to be excluded from programming and verification ranges. The rest area (Data Pattern locations: 2000010h – 20000FFh) can be treated as an additional memory sector with OTP sector protection.
