IMPORTANT: 64M Flash Memory with 128 Byte Secured Silicon Sector. The SecSi sector is mapped from 400000h-40003Fh (buffer locations: 800000h-80007Fh) which can be programmed and locked by the user. However programming and locking this area is a One-Time-Programmable (OTP) operation. Once locked data in this area cannot be overwritten. When Erasing the SecSi sector the programmer will blank-check the customer-lockable area and will fail the Erase if this area is not blank. Erase will also fail if this area has been LOCKED. The default Device Range is set to [000000h-3FFFFFh]. Please select Entire Device’ under Device > Range if SecSi sector needs to be included. ‘
