IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with OTP Memory. OTP Memory is mapped to AF00h-AFFFh in the Data Pattern. Data Pattern locations [AF0Ah-AFADh] [AFCCh-AFCFh] [AFD2h] and [AFD6h-AFD9h] are applicable for Program/Verify. Other addresses are reserved from Manufacturer and will be ignored. Read operation will locate data to [AF00h-AFFFh].
