Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EPROM. The window on the chip must be covered before performing any operation on the chip. The following describes the buffer setup:Addresses $0020 to $004F and $0100 to $12FF are EPROM. Addresses $1FF0 to $1FFF are user vector. The Mask Option Registers(MOR) are located at $1F00 and $1EFF bit 7 at $1F00 is security bit.The algorithm will ignore security bit during programming and reading. The Device/Secure command will program the security bit. Please refer to user manual for details.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
