Note

IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EPROM. The window on the chip must be covered before performing any operation on the chip. The following describes the buffer setup: Addresses $0020 to $0028 are PEPROM. The PEPROM set up first byte: bit 0:row 0 and col 0;bit 1:row 1 and col 0;bit 2:row 2 and col 0; and so on.second byte: bit 0:row 0 and col 1;bit 1:row 1 and col 1; and so on. Addresses $0600 to $1DFF are user EPROM. The Mask Option Registers(MOR) is located at $002F. Bit 7 of the MOR at address $002F contains the security bit. This address is set to a default 0x2F from the manufacturer. Please refer to the user’s manual about this option. Addresses $1FF0 to $1FFF are user vectors.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
