Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with EPROM. The window on the chip must be covered before performing any operation on the chip. The following describes the buffer setup: Addresses 0x1000 to 0x1EFF are EPROMand 0x1FF0 to 0x1FFF are user vectors. The Mask Option Registers(MOR) is located at 0x0FFF bit 0 of MOR is RC Oscillator option bit. bit 4 of MOR is SEC bit this is security option bit. bit 5 of MOR is SMD bit this is slow mode at power on option bit. These bits will effect verifying after programming. Please refer to user manual for this option.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
