The following describes the buffer setup: Addresses 0x0101 to 0x01FF are EEPROM 0x0400 to 0x7DFF are EPROM 0x7FDE is Mask Option Register(MOR) and 0x7FF0 to 0x7FFF are user vectors. The address 0x100 is EEPROM options register. The bit 0′ at this address is security bit. After Secure no further operations can be performed on the device. ‘
