Note
IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with FLASH and EEPROM. The following describes the buffer setup: EEPROM at locations [$0800-$09FF] ($FF when blank).FLASH at locations [$8000-$FDFF] ($FF when blank).Registers EEDIVHNVR at $FE10 EEDIVLNVR at $FE11 ($FF when blank);EENVR at $FE1C (factory programmed $F0);FLBPR at $FF80 ($FF when blank).Vectors at locations [$FFDA-$FFFF] ($FF when blank).Security bytes at [$FFF6-$FFFD].Other address locations are ignored and should be set to $FF to pass Compare. To read a programmed device the buffer must be filled with correct data at addresses [$FFF6-$FFFD].Make sure to fill buffer with right data for the EEDIVHNVR and the EENVR registers. These registers have one time programmable bits that protect portions of EEPROM permanently. The Erase command erases the FLASH only.
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
