Note

IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with FLASH and EEPROM.The following describes the buffer map:FLASH2 is at locations 0x0450-0x04FF 0x580-0x5FF and 0x0E00-0x7FFF.EEPROM2 at locations 0x0600-0x07FF. EEPROM1 at locations 0x0800-0x09FF.FLASH1 at locations 0x8000-0xFDFF.Registers EE1DIVHNVR at 0xFE10 EE1DIVLNVR 0xFE11 EE1NVR 0xFE1C EE2DIVHNVR 0xFF70 EE2DIVLNVR 0xFF71 EE2NVR 0xFF7CFL1BPR 0xFF80 and FL2BPR 0xFF81.Vectors at locations 0xFFCC-0xFFFF. Security bytes at 0xFFF6-0xFFFD.Other address locations are ignored and should be set to $00.To read a programmed device the buffer must be filled with correct data from addresses 0xFFF6-0xFFFD.Make sure to fill buffer with right data at locations for the EEDIVHNVR registers and the EENVR registers. These registers have one timeprogrammable bits that protect portions of EEPROM permanently. The Erase command under Device menu only erases the Flashes.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
