Note

IMPORTANT: The following describes the Data Pattern setup: Addresses $4000-$FFFF are FLASH. There are some locations reserved in the FLASH memory map. The following are reserved addresses: $FFB8-$FFBC and $FFBE. These locations will be ignored during Program Read and Verify. Erase command will erase entire FLASH memory map including reserved memory. During Erase factory programmed trim value at address $FFAE(FTRIM) and $FFAF(MCGTRM) will be saved first and restored at the end. Erase will fail if the device is secured since trim value cannot be determined. If the device fails erase the Factory Trim value might be corrupted. The part cannot be used unless re-trimmed. The lower two bits (Bit1 and Bit0) at address $FFBF are security bits (SEC01:SEC00). They are ignored during Program and Verify and read 1:0 if unsecured during Read and Compare. To secure the device use SECURE command.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
