Note

IMPORTANT: The following describes the Data Pattern setup: Addresses $8000-$FFFF are FLASH. There are some reserved locations in the FLASH memory map. The following are reserved addresses: $FFB8-$FFBC and $FFBE. These locations will be ignored during Program and Verify. To secure the device use Secure command. After Secure the device can no longer be erased. Erase command will erase entire FLASH memory map including the reserved memory. During Erase the algorithm will save and restore the clock trim values stored at location $FFAE(FTRIM)$FFAF(ICSTRIM). If Erase fails the Factory Trim value might be corrupted and the part cannot be used unless re-trimmed. This algorithm does not re-trim $FFAE(FTRIM)and $FFAF(ICSTRIM). These locations will be ignored during Program and Verify.

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
