IMPORTANT: The following describes the Data Pattern setup: Addresses $E000-$FFFF are FLASH. Erase command will erase entire FLASH memory map including the reserved memory. Program command will re-trim internal Oscillator (FLL Engaged Internal (FEI) mode ) and program to $FFAE(FTRIM)and $FFAF(ICSTRIM). The device is trimmed based on the following conditions: – 8Mhz bus rate – 3V power supply – 2% accuracy – Trim is valid to the circuitry on the Socket Module on which it is performed. ‘
