IMPORTANT: The following describes the Buffer setup:Addresses [$8000-$FFFF] are FLASH.Address $FFBD is NVPROT register.Address $FFBF is NVOPT register.There are two security bits(SEC01:SEC00) at bit 1 and bit 0 of the NVOPT register.The unsecured state of the two bits are (1:0).There are some locations reserved in the FLASH memory map.The following are reserved addresses: $FFB8-$FFBC and $FFBE.These locations will be ignored during Program Read and Verify operations.Erase command will erase entire FLASH memory including the reserved addresses.To secure the device use Secure command.
