Note

IMPORTANT: The following describes the Buffer setup:Addresses $00000-$007FF are EEPROM.Please check data file. The start address of EEPROM must match the data file (Buffer).Addresses $E0000-$E3FFF are FLASH PAGE $38.Addresses $E4000-$E7FFF are FLASH PAGE $39.Addresses $E8000-$EBFFF are FLASH PAGE $3A.Addresses $EC000-$EFFFF are FLASH PAGE $3B.Addresses $F0000-$F3FFF are FLASH PAGE $3C.Addresses $F4000-$F7FFF are FLASH PAGE $3D.Addresses $F8000-$FBFFF are FLASH PAGE $3E.Addresses $FC000-$FFFFF are FLASH PAGE $3F.There are two security bits in the FLASH PAGE $3F.These bits (SEC01 SEC00) are Bit1 and Bit0 of address $FFF0F in the buffer. These locations will be masked out during programming and these bitswill be programmed to 0′ when the device is secured. To secure the deviceplease use the Device Secure command. Please set Device Options ‘Byte order’ to: ‘MSB=0LSB=1′(Big-Endian). ‘

BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
