If the device is not yet supported by your BPM programmer (Generation), request Device Support
Note
IMPORTANT: The following describes the buffer setup:Start address of EEPROM can be set under Device Configure. The EEPROM memory map can be mapped to any 4Kbyte boundary in the MCU address ranges [$0-$FFFF].Please check data file. The start address of EEPROM must match the data file (Buffer).Addresses $80000-$BFFFF are FLASH PAGES $20-$2F.Addresses $C0000-$FFFFF are FLASH PAGES $30-$3F.There are two security bits in the FLASH PAGE $3F.These bits (SEC01 SEC00) are Bit1 and Bit0 of address $FFF0F in the buffer. These locations will be masked out during programming and these bitswill be programmed to 0′ when the device is secured. To secure the deviceset the Secure options under Device/Options menu or use SECURE command. Please set Device/Options ‘Byte order’ to: ‘MSB=0LSB=1’. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
