Note
IMPORTANT: ARM-based 32-bit MCU with Flash.16KByte Flash Memory is mapped to Data Pattern: 00000h-3FFFh.Addresses [0x40C] is Flash security byte(FSEC).There are two security bits(bit 0 and bit 1) in FSEC After Mass erased bit 0 become 0′ this bit(bit 0) can not set to ‘1’.There are two mass erase bits(bit 4 and bit 5) in FSEC.When mass erase is disabled(bit 4=’0′ bit 5=’1′) and device is secured the device is no longer accessible. The FSEC(0x40C in Data Pattern) and FOPT(0x40B in Data Pattern) can be set under Device config or from Data Pattern. To secure the device only the value 0b00( for bit 1 and bit 0) is allowed for FSEC.The device is a 32 bit long word in Big-Endian byte order. Please make sure thatthe data file is also in such byte order. ‘
BPM does not sell programmable devices, nor do we program devices directly. BPM makes programmers and accessories to make programming in-house fast, easy, and profitable.
