IMPORTANT: This algorithm supports following memory map: Low-address space from [0h-1FFFFh] Mid-address space from [20000h-3FFFFh] High-address space from[40000h-FFFFFh]. The Shadow Block Flash space from [FFC000h-FFFFFFh]. The Shadow Block Flash contains configuration information for the device in Data Pattern locations [FF_FDD8h – FF_FDDFh] These locations are factory programmed with 0xFEED_FACE_CAFE_BEEF’ that serial passcode. Locations [FF_FDE0h – FF_FDE3h] is Censorship control word. These locations are factory programmed with 55AAh that unsecure the flash. Programming a different value will secure the device and cannot be unsecured disabling further Programmer access to the device. All serial passcode and Censorship control word in shadow Block Flash A are programmed back with factory programmed value. The Program operation will first Erase and then Program the selected array. This algorithm supports only Big Endian byte order. After a successful Program + Verify operation subsequent stand alone operations may fail if the Customer Data Pattern code executes to modify the Code or Data Flash. ‘
