IMPORTANT: This is a custom algorithm.This algorithm erases factory programmed trim value at addresses $FFBC and $FFBE.These values are programmed with the value in the Data Pattern.The following describes the Data Pattern setup:Addresses $4000-$FFFF are FLASH.The following are reserved addresses in the FLASH memory map: $FFB8-$FFBB.These locations will be ignored during Program Read and Verify.Erase command will erase entire FLASH memory map included reserved memory.The lower two bits (Bit1 and Bit0) at address $FFBF are security bits (SEC01:SEC00).They are ignored during Program and Verify and read 1:0 if unsecured during Read and Compare.To secure the device use SECURE command.
