IMPORTANT: 64M Flash Memory with 16M Mobile FCRAM and 256 Byte Hidden ROM Region. The Hidden ROMRegion is mapped from 400000h-40007Fh (buffer locations: 800000h-8000FFh). This region is aOne-Time-Programmable (OTP) area. When Erasing the Hidden ROM region the programmer will blank-check thesebits and will fail the ERASE operation if the area is not blank. The ERASE operation will also failif this area has been PROTECTED.Protecting the Hidden ROM Area or individual blocks is an OTP operation. Once protected data inthe Hidden ROM Area cannot be overwritten. Data in the normal memory areas can still be overwritten due to the Temporary Block Unprotection feature.If Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the OTP bits in this range will not be programmed or verified. ‘
