IMPORTANT: 4M (x16) Flash Memory (Flash1) + 4M (x16) Flash Memory (Flash2).In the Buffer Flash1 comes first(00000h-7FFFFFh). Flash2 is mapped to buffer locations 800000h-FFFFFFh. Each sector group of device can be protected by setting Device/Confiure menu. Protection settingscannot be changed; however protected sector groups still canbe erased and programmed by temporary sector group unprotection feature.Hi-ROM area of Flash1 is mapped to buffer locations 1000000h-1000FFh.Hi-ROM area of Flash2 is mapped to buffer locations 1000100h-1001FFh. Hi-ROM area is OTP. If Hi-ROM area is programmed full chip erase will fail.
