IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with 128KByte Flash Memory.The 128KByte Flash Memory is mapped to buffer address [00000h-1FFFFh].The address ranges of the five sectors are[00000h-0FFFFh] [10000h-17FFFh] [18000h-19FFFh] [1A000h-1BFFFh]and [1C000h-1FFFFh].Once sector protection is enabled it cannot be cancelled.The MB90F548 series has additionally a code security feature.The Flash Security Controller is mapped to buffer address [00001h].If this feature is enabled (write 01h to the address)the code of the internal Flash is protected and it is not possible toread out the code again.It is recommended to set the security byte to FFh during Program.After Program and Verify then use Secure command to enablethe Flash Security Feature. Securing the device is a one timeoperation.Serialization is not supported for this device.
