IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with 128KByte Flash Memory.Socket module information has been updated in revision 2.0.The following were removed as valid modules: [SM100QCB ASM100QCB ASM100QCD SM100QCD ASM100QCC SM100QCC].The 128KByte Flash Memory is mapped to buffer address [00000h-1FFFFh].The address ranges of the seven sectors are[00000h-0FFFFh] [10000h-17FFFh] [18000h-19FFFh][1A000h-1BBFFh] [1BC00h-1BDFFh] [1BE00h-1BFFFh]and [1C000h-1FFFFh].Once sector protection is enabled it cannot be cancelled.The two 512Byte sectors and the 7KByte sector can onlybe protected together. All other sectors can be protected individually.
