IMPORTANT: This is a Flash Memory with an Hidden ROM area. This area is mapped from 100000h to107FFFh (buffer locations: 200000h – 20FFFFh) which can be secured permanently bysetting Device/Configure menu. If Hidden ROM has not been secured the user can treat itas additional Flash Memory Sector.Each sector group of device can be protected by setting Device/Configure menu. Protection settingscannot be changed; however protected sector groups still canbe erased and programmed by temporary sector group unprotection feature.Set Default buffer value’ to FFh before loading programming data file. ‘
