IMPORTANT: This is a Flash Memory with an additional Hi-ROM area. This area is mapped from 200000h to207FFFh (buffer locations: [400000h-40FFFFh]). This area could be programmed andlocked from the factory. If this is the case this area will need to be excluded from programmingand verification ranges as it may contain unique data. The configuration option for thefactory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the stateof the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If this part has not been lockedby the factory the user can treat this area as an additional sector with OTP protection.Once the Hi-ROM is protected it cannot be unprotected no further Erase or Program can be performed.
