IMPORTANT: This is a Flash Memory with an additional HiddenROM OTP sector. Set Defaultbuffer value’ to FFh before loading the data file. Each sector group of the devicecan be protected by setting Device Configure. Protection settings cannot be changed howeverprotected sector groups still can be erased and programmed by the temporary sector group unprotectionfeature. The HiddenROM sector is mapped from 400000h to 40007Fh (buffer locations: 800000h – 8000FFh). This region can be treated as an OTP sector with OTP sector protection if it is not factory serializedand protected. ‘
