IMPORTANT: Flash EPROM with 128 word OTP section.The OTP section is treated as an additional block (129)and appears at the end of the data buffer from 0x800000 to 0x8000FF. Once the OTP section has been programmed any further modification of that section will be impossible.This OTP section is excluded from Device/Program and Device/Verify commands when using AutoRange.The Device/Blank command only considers the OTP section.Configuration bits for Sector Group Protection cannot be reset once they have been set. BP software will be able to program 1’s to 0’s but not 0’s to 1’s in protected blocks.
