IMPORTANT: This is a Flash Memory with an additional OTP HiROM sector. This sector is mapped from 200000h to20007Fh (buffer locations: 400000h – 4000FFh). This sector can be purchased programmed andlocked from the factory. If this is the case this sector will need to be excluded from programmingand verification ranges as this data could have a unique number. The configuration option for thefactory lock is used to indicate the status of the chip. If this option is different than the stateof the chip during verification or compare it will cause an error. If this part has not been lockedby the factory the user can treat this sector as an additional OTP memory sector with OTP sector protection.An ERASE operation attempted on this sector will perform a BlankCheck of the HiROM and the User Protect bit.If the OTP array is programmed or the User Protect bit is programmed the ERASE operation will fail.Sectors Groups may be locked through the Device/Configure menu. Once locked these sector groups can still be erasedand programmed but the Sector Group lock bits can not be reset.
