IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with an additional 256 bytes HiddenROM area. This sector is mapped from 800000hto 80007Fh (buffer locations: 1000000h – 10000FFh). The first 128 bytes are preprogrammed and lockedfrom the factory. The second 128 bytes is the Customer Locked Area. This area can be locked by the user andis one-time programmable (OTP) with OTP lock protection. Additional features are supported under Device Configureoptions. User can select the desired Persistent Protection Bit (PPB) mode. Fujitsu recommends tohave the PPB mode programmed to either Normal’ or ‘Password Locked’ for security purpose. Once the PPB mode is programmed to one mode it cannot be changed to the other. Persistent ProtectionBit Lock with Password feature is not supported at this time.
