IMPORTANT: Flash Memory with an additional 256 bytes HiddenROM area. This sector is mapped from 600000hto 60007Fh (buffer locations: C00000h – C000FFh). This area can be purchased programmed and lockedfrom the factory. If this is the case this area must be excluded from programming andverification ranges as the data could be unique. If this part has not been locked by thefactory the user can treat this area as an additional OTP sector with OTP sector protection.If Auto Range Detection’ is set to YES the HiddenROM area will not be programmed or verified. Additional features are supported under Configure options. User can select the desired Persistent ProtectionBit (PPB) mode. Fujitsu recommends to have the PPB mode programmed to either ‘Normal’ or ‘Password Locked’for security purpose. Once the PPB mode is programmed to one mode it cannot be changed to the other. Persistent Protection Bit Lock with Password feature is not supported at this time. Please see Fujitsu specifications for details regarding Persistent Protection Modes. ‘
