IMPORTANT: Microcontroller with 256KByte Flash Memory.The 256KByte Flash Memory is mapped to buffer address [00000h-3FFFFh].The address ranges (in HEX) of the seven sectors are00000-0FFFF 10000-1FFFF 20000-2FFFF 30000-37FFF38000-39FFF 3A000-3BFFF 3C000-3FFFF.Once sector protection is enabled it cannot be cancelled.The MB90F549 series has additionally a code security feature.The Flash Security Controller is mapped to buffer address [00001h].If this feature is enabled (write 01h to the address)the code of the internal Flash isprotected and it is not possible to read out the code again.The only flash command which is possible after code protectionis chip erase (reprogram the entire chip).It is recommended to set the security byte to FFh during Program.After Program and Verify then use Secure command to enablethe Flash Security Feature.
